Court Booking

How to Book a Court

Only members may book courts - non-members may not book a court at any time. Courts may be booked by phone or in person.

Please be sure to have your tag for the current season with you before claiming a court

Court reservations for the next day may be made after 8 p.m. in person the evening before from Monday through Friday  and after 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

A member may book only one of the one hour periods. A member may book another time period on the same day after the first hour is completed.

A minimum of 2 players is required to claim a court.

The reserved court is held for 10 minutes after the hour. It then becomes available to other members who may be waiting to play.

Juniors may not reserve courts after 6 p.m. on weeknights. They may, however, play with a senior member.

Non-members pay a guest fee of $5.00 for use of the courts.

Booking by Phone

Phone bookings are accepted:

between 7:30 pm and 9 pm Monday through Friday; and

between 4:30 pm and 7 pm on the weekends.

You may NOT book a court by leaving a phone message. You must speak directly with the court monitor. If the monitor is not available you must book in person only.

Please note: In inclement weather the clubhouse may be closed, and staff unavailable to take phone bookings - the sign up sheet will be posted on the clubhouse door to book in person only
